Building Performance Analyst – Company

Their innovative software enables users to monitor and optimise entire property portfolios remotely, driving improvements in energy efficiency, occupant comfort, and maintenance strategies. Building Performance Analyst – Responsibilities
* Identifying operational performance issues (energy, maintenance, and comfort) using the platform.
* Surveying and assessing prospective sites and deploying hardware such as air quality and temperature sensors.
* Building virtual asset models of building services on the platform.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming a key contact for major accounts.
* Use data analysis to identify energy and efficiency savings and support clients in implementing performance improvements.
* Conduct regular meetings with client teams to drive engagement and action.
* Assist in deploying and managing third-party hardware for data collection.
* Support the operations team in building analytics, user interface creation, and custom performance metrics.
* Provide training and support to clients on the platform.
* Contribute to internal R&D projects and product development initiatives.
Building Performance Analyst – Person Profile
* Knowledge and experience in engineering, sustainability, environmental science, or a related STEM field (gained through formal education, hands-on experience, or professional development).
* A strong passion for sustainability and the built environment.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* High level of computer literacy.
* Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for different audiences.
* Strong organisational and time management abilities.
* Self-motivated, eager to learn, and capable of working independently.

* Salary: £29,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)
