In the role of Human Resources Assistant, you’ll be responsible for:
* Preparing and issuing new starter documentation, conducting right-to-work and reference checks.
* Managing confidential personnel records and updating HR and training databases.
* Coordinating recruitment activities, including posting job adverts and screening candidates.
* Supporting the onboarding process and managing the probation and leaver processes.
* Acting as the central point of contact for employee compensation and benefits queries.

1. CIPD Level 3 qualification (or working towards it).
2. Experience in an HR environment with a good understanding of HR functions and best practices.
