Marketing and Digital Specialist
The Marketing and Digital Specialist will play a pivotal role in The New Homes Group’s (TNHG) digital-first marketing team. This role will bridge the gap between marketing strategy and technical execution, ensuring our digital presence is innovative, efficient, and results-driven.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role suited to a seasoned digital marketer with a deep technical skillset—someone who can not only conceptualise and execute marketing campaigns but also be able to create web pages, optimise CRM workflows, automate marketing processes, and improve digital performance.
If you thrive in an environment where no two days are the same, love problem-solving, and enjoy both the strategic and hands-on elements of digital marketing, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy & Execution:
Own the execution of high-impact digital marketing initiatives across email, web, and paid channels.
Implement data-driven marketing automation and CRM workflows to optimise customer journeys.
Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, ensuring seamless user experiences across platforms.
Technical Marketing Expertise:
Write and edit clean, efficient HTML and CSS for email marketing, landing pages, and digital assets.
Manage and optimise CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, ensuring seamless lead nurturing, segmentation, and reporting.
Support website enhancements and landing page development, working with internal teams or external developers when needed.
Use APIs and integrations to streamline marketing workflows and improve automation capabilities.
Performance & Data Analysis:
Monitor and optimise campaign performance, customer journeys, and automation flows.
Analyse marketing data and generate insights to drive continuous improvement and higher conversions.
Work closely with the Marketing Analyst to refine audience segmentation and reporting.
Innovation & Growth:
Identify new tools, technologies, and digital trends to enhance TNHG’s marketing effectiveness.
Continuously test, learn, and iterate on digital experiences to maximise customer engagement.
Provide technical training and support to the wider marketing team on CRM, automation, and digital best practices.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
✅ Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong technical focus (HTML, CRM, automation).
✅ Proficiency in HTML & CSS—you can code and troubleshoot with ease.
✅ Deep experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Dotdigital, or similar).
✅ Strong understanding of marketing automation, customer segmentation, and email workflows.
✅ Ability to work with APIs and third-party integrations to improve marketing tech stacks.
✅ Strong analytical mindset, with experience in performance tracking and data-driven decision-making.
✅ Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Why Join TNHG?
