New Business and Relationships Manager - Healthcare - Remote with Travel Salary £60,000 DOE Claimont Health are seeking Business Development Managers to spearhead growth and build lasting relationships for their Mental Health and Complex Care sectors The Role: As the Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding the organisation’s footprint within the Complex Care or Mental Health space. You’ll focus on stakeholder engagement, lead generation, and strategic growth, aligning with the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional, person-centred care. Key Responsibilities: ️⃣ Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including Case Managers, ICB Commissioners, and private funders. ️⃣ Identify, pursue, and secure new opportunities to grow the Mental Health or Complex Care arm of the business. ️⃣ Act as the primary contact for new business inquiries, ensuring excellent client communication. ️⃣ Develop bespoke care packages in collaboration with operational and clinical teams. ️⃣ Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competition. ️⃣ Create compelling business proposals and presentations for potential clients. ️⃣ Drive business growth by achieving agreed sales and occupancy targets. About You: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven professional with a strong understanding of the Mental Health or Complex Care sector. You will have a proven track record of success in business development, with the ability to establish and maintain meaningful stakeholder relationships. Essential Criteria: ✅ Significant experience in business development, sales, or account management in health and social care. ✅ A network within the Complex Care or Mental Health sectors. ✅ Familiarity with funding models, including private, ICB, and NHS pathways. ✅ Strong understanding of CQC regulations and care commissioning processes. ✅ Proven success in achieving sales targets and driving growth. ✅ Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. ✅ Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. ✅ Self-motivated and highly organised, with the ability to manage a complex sales cycle.
