A Vacancy at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The post holder will provide Project Management to the Antenatal Clinical Pathways Project. This role relies on close working relationships with patients, consultants, midwives, secretaries, receptionists, the Leadership team, and outpatient teams.
Main Job Role Responsibilities:
1. Project Management of Antenatal Clinical Pathways Project
2. Identifying and agreeing on an action plan of changes
3. Improving patient pathways
4. Working with our Obstetrics secretaries
5. Liaising with ward and outpatient staff
6. Using various electronic systems to enhance pathways
7. Providing Transformational Change to the Antenatal Services and Pathways
8. Working as part of our Antenatal Clinic Team to deliver change
9. Collating project data including highlight reporting, programme-level KPI reporting, risk & issue analysis
10. Successful administration of project management framework processes & tools
11. Support the delivery of ANC projects undertaken by the Pathway Transformation workstream through effective facilitation including tracking and reporting
12. Support the Digital Health team to ensure that the portfolio of tasks/projects is planned, managed, and delivered effectively
13. Provision and inform the targeting of resources, monitoring, implementation, and evaluation of the tasks/projects by providing high-quality support including complex information and analysis, communications, and stakeholder management
14. Ensure accurate, open communication and coordination with a range of organisations and individuals
15. Researching and drafting correspondence/papers and ensuring the management of specific tasks, lead reporting, and analysis across a range of specialties, functions, and projects
16. On a project level, this will include business case development, planning, risk and issue management, monitoring and coordination tasks, negotiation and conflict management, representing the project manager at board level meetings as required (Women and Children Board)
17. Working together with ANC Midwives, ensuring assigned projects produce the required deliverables within the defined quality, time, and cost constraints and to facilitate full realisation of benefits defined in the Business Case
18. This should be achieved by appropriate adherence to the NHS standard project management methodology (e.g., PRINCE2 or equivalent) and best practice within the profession and ensuring all organisational procedures are adhered to.
