up to £49,460 per annum (£ Basic pay per hour) inc. shift pay plus a great range of benefits
Usually Sunday to Thursday, 20:30pm – 06:30am, with some flexibility (Any 5 from 7)

You’ll be responsible for ensuring your team of warehouse operatives are working safely and efficiently, and that key targets are being achieved. You will lead by example and drive high performance through great communication, teamwork and building strong working relationships. You will work closely with the 4 shift managers to plan workload and resource effectively, as well as developing the skills of your team members to support their career aspirations and increase shift capability. There’s paperwork and administration to complete as part of this role, so you’ll need an eye for detail and have the ability to work accurately and in a timely manner.
The above position will typically working from Sunday until Thursday on the Night Shift. You will enjoy working in a busy role which requires you to think on your feet and pro-actively problem solve - dealing with operational challenges as they arise, escalating to more senior managers if necessary. You will want to make a difference and proactively look for ways to make improvements and challenge current ways of working.
To join us as a Warehouse Team Manager you will have previous experience of leading a team in a fast paced, time pressured environment. Experience within a warehouse operation would be ideal. What’s key is your ability and desire to learn - understanding the business and operation quickly.
