Babington House is situated in a Grade II-listed manor built in 1705, surrounded by 18 acres of English countryside in the heart of Somerset. Just 30 minutes from Bath, it's the ultimate countryside escape for rest, relaxation and seasonal dining. With 33 bedrooms spread across Babington's historic buildings, Cabins and Lodges, the club features a formal dining space in the Orangery, serving a unique menu centred around seasonal and local produce. There's also a cricket pitch and tennis courts, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a gym and original Cowshed Spa.
We are seeking a number of experienced Runners to join our team at Babington House. Your main responsibility is to assist the waiting staff and make sure the member gets a superior experience. You will deliver food orders from the kitchen (or drinks orders from the bar) to members' tables, acting as a point of contact between the kitchen/bar and the floor. Other responsibilities include ensuring tables are set up for service.

* Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
* Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Have a genuine passion for food and beverage
* Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required
Expected working hours for a Runner:
* Varying shift times across the seven days, to include working evenings, weekends, opens & closes
* Average hours 32-45 hours per week
Travel: Approx. 30 minutes from Bath, 50 minutes from Bristol & 10 mins from Frome (No local transport from Frome)
