Responsibilities :
* Assist with all admin tasks relating to recruitment and talent management including update job descriptions, job ads, ensuring these are professional, consistent and in line with employment legislation and in line promoting our company culture.
* Reviewing all applications and shortlisting candidates against the agreed criteria and send to the Hiring Manager for final review.
* Liaising regularly with candidates, senior stakeholders, and agencies to schedule interviews.
* Coordinate the recruitment process, sifting CVs, 1st stage screening, provide guidance on interviewing as well as answering any ad-hoc recruitment queries.
* Ensuring all interview feedback given is delivered in a constructive manner to the candidate, taking notes, evaluate candidates' suitability for available positions including providing feedback.
* Ensuring all candidates data is kept accurate and up to date for KPi reporting.
* Enhance the candidate experience being an ambassador with candidates and promoting our employer brand.
* Responding to recruitment enquiries from internal and external candidates, to include advising and supporting hiring managers in preparing feedback to unsuccessful candidates as required.
* Manage the HR inbox, responding to and/or escalating HR related / recruitment queries both internal and external.
* Collate Payroll related data and liaise with payroll providers, supporting monthly payroll reports and HMRC returns (P60 P45 P11d).
* Assist the People Advisor to maintain and develop the People HR system to record all people related information (GDPR compliance) and reports, i.e. right to work checks, induction checklists and probationary periods.
* Advise employees/management on employment-related matters and assist the People Advisor with any training to promote best practices.
* Support the HR Manager and People Advisor and advise on Company Policies and employee legislation.
* Provide ad-hoc support to the HR & Recruitment Manager as required.
Required Skills:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience and proven track record of HR and recruitment experience, in a similar role.
* Strong planning, organisation, and time management skills with the ability to manage changing priorities to meet tight deadlines.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills.
* Confident in dealing with people, being able to build rapport quickly using excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Self-driven and a proactive approach to work, thrives on achieving results.
* Able to use own initiative and work unsupervised.
* Adaptable and confident to be able to have difficult conversations.
