Job Title: Registered Manager – Secure Children's Service
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday, flexible working required)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate leader to manage our 'Outstanding' Secure Children's Service in St. Helen's This role is ideal for motivated professionals with a track record of excellence in residential youth care.

Requirements:
* Passion & Dedication: A drive to make a positive impact in the lives of young people.
* Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People (or equivalent) and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Children & Young People (or willingness to work towards this).
* Experience: Extensive management experience within a residential youth care setting.
* Leadership Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate, person-centred approach to leadership.
