Key duties and responsibilities of the Administrator:
Chasing customers for paperwork and proofs
Processing incoming post, checking contracts, submitting to funders
Chasing dealers and suppliers for information, due dates, registration and chassis numbers
Progressing lease vehicles through the sales process
Looking after existing customer queries.
We’re looking for an Administrator with:
Strong written and oral communication skills are essential
Excellent organisational skills are required
Strong IT skills and good knowledge of the Microsoft Office
A full, UK driving licence
Be happy on the phone, be personable and customer focused
Possess the ability to deal with challenging customer conversations on occasion, delivering difficult news to customers and resolving issues.
Being organised and methodical with an eye for detail
Strong attention to detail.
