What you’ll be doing Managing client relationships, attending contract review meetings, and ensuring service levels are met. Overseeing site teams, booking labour, and ensuring all necessary permits and compliance measures are in place. Generating quotations and documentation, including RAMS and CPPs. Carrying out site surveys, assessing maintenance and repair needs, and pricing service work. Maintaining the highest health and safety standards across all projects. What you’ll need Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage client expectations. Experience in contract or operations management within a technical or service-based industry. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to juggle multiple client requirements. Excellent time management and organisational skills to prioritise workload effectively.
