The Role We are seeking an experienced supervisor to drive operational excellence within our NDC Pick/Pack team. You will be accountable for meeting service levels, achieving KPIs, and leading the team to deliver high-quality, efficient services. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations and ensure service levels are achieved with quality and efficiency. Lead and motivate the Pick/Pack team, ensuring high performance and employee engagement. Collaborate with NDC Operations and CI Leads to drive continuous improvement. Conduct daily briefings, set objectives, and provide coaching for team development. Analyse key metrics and forecast volumes to optimise resource planning. Ensure adherence to Health and Safety policies and compliance with regulations.
