About the Purchase Ledger role -
We are looking for 2 x Purchase Ledger Clerks to support our busy finance team on a permanent full-time basis based in our HQ - Lytham
Main Duties as Purchase Ledger clerk:
* Checking purchase orders against purchase invoices
* Dealing with incoming post and scanning invoices to the system
* Posting and allocating cash to the ledger
* Reconcile supplier statements
* Allocating invoices on to the system
* Matching and reconciling invoices to payments made
* Prepare payment runs
* Processing #TeamTangerine expenses
* Resolving queries in a timely manner
About You:
* Have purchase ledger experience
* Have good knowledge of Excel and Word
* Be a team player
* Good communication skills
