Essentia Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a specialist commercial catering service and repair business based in Northampton. This business has won many awards and is regarded as one of the best specialist maintenance companies in the industry.
Based from their office in Northampton, they are currently looking to recruit an experienced Service Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
1. Monthly/Daily Business reports using Excel
2. Line-management responsibility for the staff within his/her area of responsibility
3. Customer escalation and resolution
4. Ensures good communications between all teams to minimise disruption
5. Identify trends in issues seen in the field
6. Technical escalation and resolution
7. Making determinations for equipment, staff, and training needs
8. Responsible for ensuring that all colleagues receive regular 121's and development in line with their role and aspirations and our performance management process
9. Acting as a role model and creating a trust-based, productive working environment which is characterised by a positive team spirit
Requirements:
1. Excellent customer service skills
2. Team-oriented thinking and working; a good facilitator and motivator of teams
3. Natural problem solver
4. Time management
5. Familiarity with using Microsoft 365 - Especially Excel
6. Electrical / Mechanical experience
