Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of our small office of 7 people. The ideal candidate will be the eyes and ears of the office and be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and providing support to both staff and management. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
Office Operations Management:
Oversee day-to-day office functions and ensure operational efficiency.
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and furniture inventory; manage vendor relationships.
Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.
Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment as needed.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and preparing reports.
