Location: Huddersfield
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum (pro-rata) + mileage reimbursement
Hours: 4 Days a Week within core hours of 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM ; Monday - Friday

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Viewing Agent to join a busy independent letting agency in Huddersfield. Specialising in lettings, the agency experiences high demand for property viewings, making this a fast-paced and rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conducting property viewings across the Huddersfield area, ensuring a professional and engaging experience for prospective tenants.
* Completing property inspections and check-out inspections in line with company standards.
* Providing administrative support in the office, including answering calls and updating records using in-house software and Microsoft Office.
* Delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional and personable approach at all times.

About You:

1. Experience within a viewing role is preferred.
2. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
3. A friendly and professional communicator who can engage with clients and tenants.
