To be successful as an Engineering Lead, you should have experience with:
1. Hands-on Java engineering experience in the React stack, with knowledge of design patterns and application security aspects combined with experience in developing REST APIs using Spring Boot Framework.
2. Strong knowledge of UI Technologies: React, HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS3, Less, Bootstrap CSS, Node.js, Jest, Transport JSON over HTTP.
3. A deep understanding of system design, coding proficiency, database management, and DevOps practices.
4. A demonstrated track record of leading a team while coaching, mentoring, and upskilling team members to deliver engineering excellence.

Accountabilities:
1. Lead engineering teams effectively, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture to achieve project goals and meet organizational objectives.
2. Oversee timelines, team allocation, risk management, and task prioritization to ensure the successful delivery of solutions within scope, time, and budget.
3. Mentor and support team members' professional growth, conduct performance reviews, provide actionable feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
4. Evaluate and enhance engineering processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency, streamline workflows, and optimize team productivity.
5. Collaborate with business partners, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure a cohesive approach to product development.
