Job Title: Business Assistant / Administrator Location: Birmingham Salary: £35,000 per annum We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Business Assistant/Administrator to join a dynamic team in the social housing sector. In this role, you will assist the Director and Managers with a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Director and Managers, assisting with day-to-day operations Take detailed notes during meetings and assist with preparing reports and documentation Support the delivery of architectural services by managing related administrative duties Liaise with subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services Manage general business administration tasks, including document filing, data entry, and scheduling Maintain effective communication with both internal teams and external partnersRequirements: Proven experience in construction administration or a similar administrative role Strong organisational and time-management skills Ability to take accurate meeting notes and assist with business reporting Experience working with subcontractors and architectural teams Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office softwareThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone with construction admin experience looking to contribute to a growing and impactful organisation.
