Your Responsibilities Will Include:
As an Engineering Hand Skills Trainer, your key responsibilities will be:
* Delivering engaging practical and theoretical training sessions across apprenticeship and FE pathways.
* Designing and developing innovative training materials, including online resources, ensuring effective employer engagement and skill development.
* Providing high-quality assessment, feedback, and evaluation to drive continuous improvement.
* Supporting curriculum development, quality assurance, and student success initiatives.
* Contributing to student recruitment through interviews, open days, and industry events.
