Key Responsibilities:
Manage the school reception, acting as the first point of contact for visitors, students, and parents.
Handle telephone and email enquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Maintain accurate school records and support general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Assist with student attendance monitoring and reporting.
Support the coordination of school events and communications.Essential Requirements:
Previous experience in administration or receptionist roles (education sector desirable but not essential).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong IT proficiency, particularly in MS Office.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
Friendly, approachable, and adaptable to a dynamic school environment.Working Hours: Full-time or part-time, term-time only.
