We have two exciting roles for Administrators in the Chair and Chief Executive Office. These are highly varied roles where no day is the same in the Chief Executive Office. We are looking for individuals with quick thinking and judgement, a positive attitude, calmness and empathy. The role reports to the Head of Office working extremely closely with the Executive Assistants. These roles are primarily office based with an average of one day per week working from home. You will be responsible for the Chief Executive being prepared for the day and meetings, ensuring she is in the right place at the right time and being the first port of call for our colleagues and stakeholders to meet. You will have unprecedented access to learn from our leader and her top Executive Team being a pivotal support. Frequent travel will be required around Hampshire, Isle of Wight and London to our offices and venues. The second role will be the lead person for supporting the Chief of Staff, Director of Corporate Governance and Director of Communications and Engagement. You will be involved in organising meetings and events, preparing meeting packs and papers, supporting with HR processes and onboarding, attending selected meetings which will require action notes/minutes to be taken, working with complex calendars, preparing agendas/documents and following up on action points. This role will require confidence to liaise with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a point of contact on behalf of the Chair and Chief Executive's Office. There will be occasional project work and ad hoc tasks keeping your role interesting and varied. Frequent travel will be required around Hampshire, Isle of Wight and our offices and venues.
