Job Title: Senior Project Manager / Project Manager – Sizewell C

Are you a seasoned Senior Project Manager or Project Manager with expertise in Civils, Power, or Energy? We have an exciting opportunity for you to lead projects that will play a crucial role in the future of energy generation at Sizewell C, one of the most important nuclear power projects in the UK.
Role Overview
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the management and delivery of key elements of the Sizewell C project, including substation builds, power cabling, and electrical fit-out. You will oversee the planning, construction, and engineering teams, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Here are some of things you would be involved in...
• Lead and manage the delivery of substation builds, power cabling, and electrical fit-out works.
• Oversee the coordination between construction, planning, and engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project schedules and budgets, making adjustments as necessary to keep everything on track.
• Provide clear and effective communication to senior stakeholders, reporting on project progress, risks, and issues.
• Ensure that the project complies with the NEC3 contract terms and conditions.
We would love to hear from you if you can demonstrate...
• NEC3 Contract Experience is essential.
• Strong background in Civils, Power, or Energy project management, with hands-on experience in managing complex infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple teams and coordinate across disciplines (construction, planning, engineering).
• Excellent knowledge of project delivery within the power and energy sectors.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Degree qualified in an engineering or construction-related discipline is desirable but not essential.
• Health and Safety knowledge and a commitment to safe project delivery.
