We are seeking an ambitious and talented Associate Product Manager to join our growing team and help us change the lives of more dogs by driving product development and innovation as we rapidly scale. This role will be involved in managing our customer-facing website as well as internal projects within the business.
Role Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing product strategies aligned with company goals and customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Tech, Marketing, Customer Delight, and Operations, to define and prioritise product features and improvements
- Help manage the product roadmap for the Different Dog website and internal projects
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation
- Gather and analyse user feedback, usage data, and market trends to inform product decisions
- Create and maintain user stories and product requirements documents
- Support the planning and execution of product launches and updates
- Monitor and report on key product metrics and KPIs
- Contribute to product positioning and messaging in collaboration with the Marketing team
- Participate in and help lead agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a product focused role
- Understanding of web technologies and digital product development
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles
- Proficiency in data analysis and relevant tools
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Must be UK-based with the right to work in the UK
