Key Responsibilities :
* 1:1 Support : Assist students with SEN on a personal level, helping them engage in class activities and achieve their best.
* Collaborate with Teachers : Help implement individual education plans (IEPs) to meet the specific needs of each child.
* Monitor Progress : Support students during lessons, ensuring they understand instructions and remain on task.
* Manage Behaviour : Use positive reinforcement and effective behaviour management strategies to create a calm, focused classroom.
* Communication : Build strong relationships with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure everyone is working together for the child's benefit.
* Create an Inclusive Environment : Contribute to a welcoming and inclusive classroom where every child feels valued and supported.
