Management Accountant | Tech Scale-Up | Part-Time The Client Harmonic are proud to be working with a rapidly scaling technology business in the impact-tech sector. Our client is an industry leading tech business within the healthcare space whose work has already had a significant impact across health and social care across the globe. This is a UK remote based, part-time 3 days per week role on a 6-month contract. The Role As the Management Accountant, you will play a crucial role in the finance team, directly reporting to the Finance Director. Your responsibilities will encompass supporting the entire business, with a particular focus on producing management accounts and overseeing accounts payable and receivable function. There is also potential to extend this role to full time employment. Key Responsibilities Prepare month-end journals, schedules, and reconciliations, including accruals, prepayments, deferred revenue, depreciation, and payroll. Intercompany Reconciliations: Manage reconciliations between the business and its subsidiaries. Balance Sheet Reconciliations Support with ad-hoc projects specifically surrounding NetSuite implementation Oversee work of and assist Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Assistants as needed. Support the Finance Director with various ongoing projects and process improvement initiatives. What we need to see (Essential): Part Qualified/Studying ACCA/CIMA Familiarity with NetSuite Excellent organisational and time management abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines. What we'd like to see (bonus): Experience within a tech start-up/scale-up Able to communicate with key stakeholders, both internal and external, and to communicate and work collaboratively with non-finance colleagues and with employees at all levels.
