Expectations:
* Minimum of 1 year of agency recruitment experience. Open to industry
* HR/Finance/Legal recruitment experience preferred
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
* Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
