Job Title: Band 2 Administrator Hours of work: Part time 22.5hrs per week - Hours will include one late shift per week working until 8pm. About the role The post holder will be required to provide a high quality and effective administration service. Key components of the role include providing an efficient and professional reception service ensuring people using or contacting the service are treated with respect to ensure that enquiries are managed effectively, liaising with other team members as required. Greeting all visitors and people who use our service including monitoring the flow of people to and from consulting rooms, ensuring that the electronic appointment system runs safely and effectively. Using interpersonal skills to assist in and manage difficult conversations, helping to ensure a positive experience for those accessing our service. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, being able to manage multiple tasks prioritising as required. Good record keeping with an understanding of Data Protection and Confidentiality are essential to this role. General administration duties to include verbal and written contact with those accessing our service, the members of the Warrington Talking Therapies team, other professionals and any general enquiries. You will be able to work with others to achieve the best outcomes for individuals using our service. You will be responsible, accountable and hold yourself to the highest standards in every interaction with others. You must be able to follow service policies and procedure and embody a conscientious approach with a flexible attitude and the ability to cope with a busy office and varied workload where accuracy and attention to detail is essential. It is essential that the post holder has a good basic level of education, which must include GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language. It would be helpful to have experience of using electronic applications and database systems, however this is not essential as training will be provided.
