Our partnered Schools are recruiting. These schools offer an inclusive and welcoming setting. The SEN schools are based across South West London boroughs and they are known for their supportive and collaborative environment.
The SEN Schools we recruit for cater to a wide range of SEN stuents and year groups. We have schools that support students with SEN such as; ASD, SEMH, MLD, SLD, Complex needs, speech & languge, impairments and more.
Roles - Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
We are looking for x5 dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSA) to provide personalised support to the SEN students. Roles are available across Primary and secondary year groups as well as post 16 positions.
The role involves working closely with students with a range of needs, including challenging behaviour. While existing SEN experience is preferred, it is not essential in most of the roles, as training is offered throughout the academic year.
You must be able to commit to long-term, full-time positions. The hours are 8.30am-4pm Monday to Friday.
The role requires you to promote positive behaviour, create a safe and engaging learning environment and adapt lessons to cater to a mixture of abilities and needs. As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you should be proactive, supportive, have good communication skills and a positive approach to challenging students.
