As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide vital support to teaching staff, assisting with the educational, developmental, and welfare needs of pupils with additional needs within a mainstream setting. You will also contribute to managing resources and supporting pupil supervision and welfare throughout the school day.
- Minimum of 3 GCSEs at grade C or above, including English and Maths
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable)
- Proven experience in class supervision and assisting with lesson delivery to support positive learning outcomes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with teaching staff
- Empathy and understanding of students' individual needs
