Department of Health Sciences The University of York is seeking to appoint a Senior Research Fellow (Assistant Director RSS) to join the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) Research Support Service (RSS) Hub based at the University of York. The NIHR RSS provides advice and support to researchers in England developing applications to national, peer-reviewed research programmes and at other stages in the research pathway. Support is delivered nationally by eight Hubs and by Specialist Centres for Public Health and Social Care. Role We are seeking to appoint an Assistant Director (Senior Research Fellow) to work closely with the RSS Hub Co-Directors and Programme Manager in implementing the Hub’s strategic and operational plans, leading innovation in delivery and working collaboratively with other RSS Hubs through the RSS National Collaborative. The role also provides an outstanding opportunity to develop your own portfolio of research alongside contributing to RSS.
