Job Description CALLING ALL Creative Studio Managers / Creative Resource Managers whom are looking for their next PERM full-time role in London working on a hybrid basis. As a Creative Studio Manager, you will be responsible for managing internal and external resources, ensuring seamless operations and efficient resource allocation. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations and scheduling of both the Creative Studio and the Production Department. You will be the primary point of contact for both departments, receiving briefs and pitches, determining requirements, and allocating appropriate resources. This position offers significant growth potential, with opportunities to expand your responsibilities to include resource management across other departments. Ideally, seeking someone with a design background who can bring their creative expertise to studio management. Key Responsibilities: Studio Planning: Collaborate with Account Directors, Project Managers, and Production Managers to plan and monitor creative and production resources for client pitches and active projects. Talent Booking: Maintain and manage the ‘book of talent’ to identify, contact, and secure top talent for pitches and live projects, working closely with the internal creative and production teams. Cost Coordination and Communication: Plan, negotiate, and communicate talent booking costs with Account Directors and Project Managers, ensuring alignment with internal commercial goals for all creative resources. Resource Reporting: Monitor and report on time spent on pitches and live projects to ensure alignment of resources with budgetary constraints. Track freelance spending versus internal costs to provide the business with accurate financial insights. Software and System Inductions: Facilitate business inductions and ensure that freelancers have access to the necessary systems, folders, and software licenses to work efficiently alongside internal creative teams.
