The role
The Head of Learning and Leadership is responsible for creating the organisational approach to leadership, learning, and coaching, and identifying high quality 3rd party providers to deliver agreed learning solutions. Working in partnership with the Heads of Talent, the role holder will have the opportunity to identify learning, leadership and talent interventions that grow colleague skill and capability.
In addition, You will manage a small internal team that consists of expert talent, performance and e-learning specialists. You will use your leadership skills to deliver robust robust talent assessment practices, talent reporting, A seamless modern mandatory learning suite, e-learning solutions and performance management
You will manage the central training budget in partnership with the wider team, monitoring and reporting on the allocation and impact of the budget whilst exploring innovative ways to scale leadership and learning, utilising technology to deliver an always on, self serve provision. Create partnerships with leading organisations to give Phoenix leaders the best opportunity for learning and growth
This role will also report on outcome and impact of learning programmes and initiatives, ensuring that learning and leadership solutions deliver our DEI outcomes. All of this ultimately creating partnerships with leading organisations to give Phoenix leaders the best opportunity for learning and growth
What are we looking for?
1. Experience of delivering learning strategies and leading learning professionals
2. Experience of Budget Management
3. Someone who has done both learning & leadership roles
4. Proven experience of managing 3rd party providers
5. A Learning Practitioner
