An opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant is to join the Support Services Department within the Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy.
You should have previous administration experience with a knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages and will be required to undertake general administration duties to support the Support Services Department such as; data inputting, cash handling, collation of spreadsheets, maintaining accurate records on SSTS, filing and photocopying. This list is not exhaustive.
Based at Victoria Hospital, hours are predominately Monday – Friday, however travel to Cameron Hospital may be required.
Fixed term for 1 year.
