Wise May are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join a progressive Law firm, who are based in a vibrant office in the City. This is a fantastic opportunity to undertake a varied role, working with different teams throughout the organisation to provide support across business development, marketing and event initiatives. Full time role, with hybrid working - 4 days a week in the office (Monday-Thursday) and Fridays you can work remotely. The working hours are 9am-5pm. Marketing Coordinator duties and responsibilities include: Providing support to help produce Marketing and Business Development materials including but not limited to: pitches, client alerts, newsletters and blogs. Tracking key dates/deadlines for directories and awards, and assisting with preparing submissions. Maintenance of practice area credentials, key deals, awards, and deal reporting. Gathering and collating business content from the team to support regular internal communications. Maintenance of website information in relation to employee biographies and credentials. Working with the events team to provide support for internal and client events. Researching tasks covering clients, competitors and the wider market. Marketing Coordinator key skills and experience required: Demonstrable experience of working within a marketing role, preferably within the legal or professional services sector. Knowledge of Merger Markets is highly desirable. Experience of using Microsoft products, particularly PowerPoint. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with individuals at all levels. Display a willing and enthusiastic flexible approach to work, with enthusiasm to learn. Self-motivated, with a proactive attitude. Enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment. Highly organised.
