They are now looking for a detail-orientated and experienced Credit Controller to join their team in Andover, Hampshire. You will be managing the credit control process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts, and maintaining positive relationships with customers. Credit Controller, your day-to-day duties: Reviewing and chasing outstanding items on the Debtors Ledger with emphasis on reducing the overdue items to KPI targets Managing Credit Hold Queue (checks, clearance and reporting) Processing new Sales Account applications and closures Looking after Click n Collect credits Building strong relationships with new accounts/ABMs Running and issuing monthly Aged Debtors reports Sending out monthly statements and any other invoices/credit notes Processing payments from customers Preparing weekly Supplementary Declarations for goods dispatched outside the UK Working closely with the warehouse staff for exporting goods Assisting with month end and banking duties cash receipts, reconciliation, payment authorisation and bank cheques Any other administrative tasks as and if required (inc. maintaining accurate customer details) Credit Controller, perfect applicant: Previous experience within a similar credit controlling role Understanding of export administration would be beneficial Solid knowledge of Sage 200 and Microsoft package Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail Excellent time management skills, with the ability to use own initiative Methodical and resourceful, with a structured approach to work Strong communication skills Dynamic, team orientated and confident Experience in CRM & Realitex would be advantageous Credit Controller, the benefits: 23 days of Annual Leave (rising yearly by 1 day to max 25 days p/a) plus Bank Holidays Discretionary Bonus Scheme Healthcare cash plan (Simply Health) Life Assurance - x2 Salary Substantial employee discount Opportunity to work within a flexible environment and friendly team Free onsite parking Access to further training and development Pure Human Resources Limited works in partnership with Alternative Flooring in providing Recruitment support.
