Our client is seeking a Payroll and Finance Specialist to manage payroll, financial reporting, and compliance tasks. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with flexible, hybrid options.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process weekly payroll, including hours, mileage, statutory payments, and pension submissions (Sage).
2. Calculate hours and create invoices for service users.
3. Manage financial reconciliations and reporting using Xero.
4. Produce statutory reports and liaise with HMRC on payments.
5. Oversee NEST pension contributions and queries.
About You:
1. Strong payroll experience (Sage essential).
2. Proficient in Xero and financial reconciliations.
3. Knowledge of statutory reporting requirements.
