Overview
Do you have customer service experience? Enjoy being the first point of contact? Yes? We require a Contract Coordinator to join us on a permanent basis, at our Cirencester site.
You will be consistently delivering the company's service expectations successfully across all key areas, liaising with and supporting clients and working closely with external and internal departments.
You will take responsibility for the performance of accounts with the Account Manager to deliver the elements of the client contract, ensuring client satisfaction while adhering to the following responsibilities and duties.
Responsibilities
1. Receive inbound calls from existing customers regarding maintenance queries, providing exceptional customer service.
2. Respond to enquiries and new job e-mails from existing customers.
3. Accurately record job requirements and priority on in-house software and client portals.
4. Take ownership of customer queries to offer first contact resolution where possible.
5. Handle Customer Support Centre administrative duties, including monitoring team inboxes.
6. Liaise with various internal departments and external contractors to obtain relevant job updates and ETAs.
7. Work to pre-determined daily, weekly, and monthly team jobs.
8. Communicate with contractors for outstanding job updates.
9. Work closely with Management to achieve both client and business objectives.
10. Monitor KPI performance and follow up as required.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have experience in Customer Services, excellent communication skills, and a flair for great service. You will also have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and IT systems, be well-organised, and possess the ability to process data quickly and accurately while supporting team members.
