Role Overview:
The Executive Assistant will act as the Principal’s trusted right hand, supporting across all business and personal matters. The role requires exceptional organisational skills, a hard-working ethos, genuine warmth, and a can-do attitude.
The successful candidate will be polished, adaptable, and committed to building a long-term professional partnership. You must be comfortable operating at a senior level, handling a fast-moving workload, and proactively supporting across multiple investments and enterprises.
Degree education is essential for this role, reflecting the calibre and level of responsibility required.
Fluency in Arabic (Lebanese dialect) and/or Spanish would be highly advantageous, and US citizenship is considered a major benefit for the demands of this position.

Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
* Proactively manage an intricate diary and inbox, ensuring seamless scheduling across global business and personal commitments.
* Prepare documentation, agendas, briefing notes, and follow-up actions for meetings.
* Attend meetings when required, taking accurate minutes and ensuring thorough execution of action points.
Communication and Coordination:
* Act as a key liaison between the Principal and a wide network of business contacts, family offices, stakeholders, and professional advisors.
* Maintain prompt, professional, and discreet communication across different time zones.
* Represent the Principal with warmth and professionalism at all times.
Presentation and Documentation:
* Draft, edit, and polish high-level presentations, reports, and correspondence with exceptional attention to detail.
* Maintain consistency and quality across all documents and communications.
Project Management:
* Assist in the execution and tracking of business and personal projects.
* Anticipate challenges and offer proactive solutions to ensure progress.
Confidentiality and Discretion:
* Handle highly sensitive information with absolute confidentiality and care.
* Manage secure documentation and sensitive materials with professionalism.
Personal Support:
* Organise personal appointments, household management, and extensive international travel itineraries.
* Assist in all aspects of the Principal’s personal and lifestyle management where required.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
* Education: Degree educated is essential.
* Experience: Previous experience as an Executive Assistant within the financial industries (investment, private equity, asset management, family office, or related sectors) is essential.
* Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint for creating board-level presentations.
* Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential. Fluency in Arabic (Lebanese dialect) and/or Spanish would be highly advantageous.
* Citizenship: US citizenship would be a significant advantage due to travel and administrative requirements.
