Spinwell is recruiting for a Section Admin for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SECTION ADMIN
Youll be accountable for providing accurate, efficient and effective administrative support. Its a core role with a range of responsibilities from administering rosters and timesheets, to updating databases and records, and setting up filing systems. Well also look to you for general office administration, to keep everything running smoothly. Whether youre working on instruction from your line manager, or using your own initiative, youll be conscientious and supportive of others.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE SECTION ADMIN
* Experience of clerical support and office management
* Highly organised, and an excellent manager of your own time
* Good knowledge of IT systems, including Microsoft Office
* Confident working on your own initiative
* Excellent communication skills
