A Quality Auditor is required to lead and manage all aspects of our client's engineering function within the FMCG industry. This role will require someone who is technically minded and has experience within the FMCG industry.

Description
Provide administrative support to the Technical Manager and other team members.
Liaise with different departments, suppliers, and customers to facilitate communication.
Investigate customer complaints and ensure timely resolutions.
Keep technical staff updated on procedures and protocols.
Manage information flows into and out of the technical department.
Coordinate audit information and compile statistical data for reporting purposes.
Prepare detailed technical reports as required by management.
Represent the Technical department in meetings and discussions as necessary.
Draft specifications and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Coordinate customer audits to ensure compliance with standards.
Profile
A successful Quality Auditor should have:
Experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
Experience as a quality auditor or in a similar role within the food industry.
Strong technical acumen and the ability to manage complex projects.
A strong understanding of quality procedures and systems used within the company.
Excellent time management skills
