You don’t need a professional qualification for this role, but you do need substantial leadership experience in an appropriate sector, providing you with breadth and depth of knowledge across adults and health. You will be an exceptional collaborator, capable of bringing together, motivating and enabling diverse teams and partners to deliver across the breadth of the portfolio of services, ensuring that our residents live the lives they want to live.
