Temporary HR Administrator
4 days per week (can be flexible with hours)
2 days on site in Chelmsford and 2 days on site in Great Dunmow
Hourly rate £14-16 per hour depending on experience. Weekly pay.
Likely duration of contract - minimum 6 months, potential for permanent
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team in supporting a client across two locations - Chelmsford and Great Dunmow. This role is split between the two sites (2 days a week on each site). On site parking available.
Responsibilities
1. Support onboarding processes for new hires, including producing offer letters and contracts.
2. Maintaining HR system with data.
3. Facilitate communication between employees and management regarding HR policies and procedures.
4. Payroll preparation - collating data.
Skills required
1. Proficiency in Cascade HR is an essential requirement.
2. Experience in HR administration.
3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with staff at all levels.
4. Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
5. A solid understanding of human resources principles and practices.
6. Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Must have minimum CIPD Level 3
