About The Role
Days of Working: Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy Development: Craft and execute a multi-channel social media strategy that aligns with our brand objectives and supports business goals.
2. Content Leadership: Lead the creation of high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content that showcases our expertise in FM, from thought leadership to customer success stories and sustainability initiatives.
3. Community Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with global audiences, including customers, prospects, and employees, fostering meaningful interactions.
4. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyse social media campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
5. Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics, generate insights, and refine strategies to maximise ROI.
6. Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of industry and social media trends to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge and competitive.
7. Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (e.g., marketing, PR, and customer experience) and external stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.

Qualifications
1. Proven experience managing social media for a global brand or B2B organisation, ideally in facilities management or a related sector.
2. Strong writing and editing skills, with an ability to tailor content for different audiences and platforms.
3. Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, native platform insights).
4. A track record of delivering measurable engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation results.
5. Passion for sustainability, innovation, and the role of facilities management in shaping the future of work.
