We are seeking a dynamic and commercially savvy General Manager for a prestigious 5-star hotel property located in the heart of London, near Hyde Park and Oxford Circus.

* Renowned Fusion/Japanese restaurant and bar
* Located in an iconic area of London
Package:
* Salary: £165,000 per annum
* Bonus: Up to 30% based on KPIs
Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a brand-conscious leader with a proven track record of delivering excellence in luxury hospitality. Prior experience in London, particularly within the Mayfair or Knightsbridge areas, is highly desirable. The successful candidate will be a representative of this Asian-centric luxury brand and must exemplify high standards, integrity, and impactful decision-making.
Qualifications and Experience:
* A strong academic background with a first degree and preferably a master’s degree.
* Experience in Leadership in a luxury boutique hotel.
* Commitment to long-term growth and development with the property, not a career “stepping stone.”
Core Responsibilities:
* Strategic Leadership: Oversee daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction and maintaining the hotel’s premier reputation.
* Team Management: Lead and inspire the hotel team to consistently exceed expectations.
* Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, forecasting, and revenue optimisation.
* Brand Excellence: Uphold and enhance the property’s luxury positioning, ensuring alignment with its Asian-centric ethos.
* Guest Experience: Deliver unique and memorable stays for all guests.
Required Skills and Attributes:
* Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities.
* Strong financial acumen, with expertise in budgeting and revenue management.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Comprehensive knowledge of hotel operations (front desk, F&B, housekeeping, etc.).
* Proficiency with hotel management systems (PMS, revenue tools).
* Marketing and public relations expertise.
* Deep understanding of luxury hospitality standards and trends.
