The Opportunity
As a Consultant in Value Communications, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and delivering high-impact materials that demonstrate the value of pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device products. Working at the intersection of health economics, market access, and evidence generation, you will help clients address payer challenges and secure optimal outcomes for their products.
Key Responsibilities
* Create comprehensive value communication materials, including global value dossiers, HTA submissions and other value communication material.
* Develop compelling narratives tailored to payer and HTA requirements that align with client strategic objectives
* Translate evidence into impactful value messages, ensuring compliance with global market access standards
* Conduct and oversee systematic literature reviews, targeted literature reviews, and meta-analyses, ensuring methodological rigor.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including health economists, medical writers, and analysts, to deliver innovative solutions
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs
* Contribute to business development through proposals and thought leadership
* Represent the organization at industry events, networking to identify new opportunities and expand the company’s presence
About You
* Education: Postgraduate degree in a life sciences field such as Public Health, Biostatistics, or related disciplines (MSc or PhD preferred)
* Experience: 3 – 5 years of experience in market access, value communications or evidence synthesis
* Comprehensive understanding of global HTA processes, payer requirements, and market access dynamics
* Experience conducting systematic literature reviews and evidence synthesis, indirect treatment comparisons, and meta-analyses
* Advanced analytical skills to synthesize data and draw actionable insights.
* Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences
* Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
* Excellent client-facing skills, including meeting preparation and follow-up actions, and active participation in meetings / workshops
* High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and referencing tools (e.g., EndNote, Covidence)
