An exciting new opportunity to work for a developer owner operator within the Build to Rent (BTR) sector. Our client is seeking an experienced and professional Head Concierge to lead on day-to-day duties and provide a superior level of customer service to residents and guests.
You will report to the Assistant General Manager who will escalate to the General Manager if required. You will be the main point for the concierge team and be responsible for making sure the team provides quality customer service and deals with the day-to-day matters in a prompt and professional manner.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a concierge, with the ability to build effective working relationships and have quality communication skills.
Salary: up to £33,000 per annum

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Be the main point of contact for the concierge team.
2. Ensure quality customer service for residents and guests, handling day-to-day matters in a prompt and professional manner.
3. Occasional decision-making and problem-solving in the absence of supervision will be required.
4. Conduct required health and safety inspections and activities to maintain a safe environment.
5. Inspect all internal areas of the residential buildings daily and report any defects, security, or health and safety concerns to the General Manager and AGM.
6. Set an example for other staff members by being courteous and helpful to all occupiers, members of the public, other staff, guests, and contractors.
7. Enter relevant comments/details in the concierge logs/files, and liaise with contractors regarding signing in and out of logbooks.
8. Supervise any keys held in reception, ensuring they are logged in and out according to agreed procedures.
9. Carry out security inspections (internal and external), including patrols of plant room areas.
10. Receive and keep safe registered mail and deliveries for residents.
11. Handle general telephone inquiries and log messages.
12. Ensure that all incidents or accidents are logged accordingly.
13. Review and monitor CCTV and images as necessary.
14. Monitor site security and report security issues to the GM.
