What the Job Involves This position operates on a rota basis, where you will manage all referrals to the team. Responsibilities include providing support to the public and professionals via telephone or electronic communication. You will also perform data entry, using the department's computer client record system. Additional tasks involve producing basic reports related to team functions, compiling statistical data, and managing customer satisfaction surveys and compliments. You will also establish and maintain effective administrative systems for the Community Resource Team and manage all team correspondence.
