You’ll ensure our guests feel comfortable and protected while responding efficiently to any security concerns or incidents. Key Responsibilities: Monitor hotel premises, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment. Conduct regular patrols of the property, identifying and addressing any potential security risks. Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies, following procedures to ensure the safety of guests and staff. Provide excellent customer service, assisting guests and employees with security-related concerns. Work closely with hotel management and emergency services when needed. Maintain accurate records of incidents, reports, and security logs. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and security protocols.
