Registered Manager Learning Disabilities
I am recruiting for an experienced and quality focused Registered Manager for a fantastic residential service in the Truro area.
This service provides residential care for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Physical Disabilities and aims to encourage service users to live as independently as possible.
The Registered Manager will be offered a fantastic opportunity to lead a dedicated team and ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the daily operations of the residential service.
2. Ensure compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations.
3. Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual service users.
4. Lead and support staff in delivering high-quality care.
5. Engage with families and stakeholders to promote service user welfare.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Experience in a managerial role within a care setting.
2. Strong knowledge of learning disabilities and relevant legislation.
3. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
4. Relevant qualifications in health and social care.
