Awareness of our technology and usage amongst our clients is growing exponentially. We are seeking a Client Engagement Manager to join our UK-based team. This is a broad role at Kognitiv Spark. The successful applicant will be agile in their working practice and capable of managing a range of responsibilities, tasks and relationships. On a day-to-day basis this could include: Prospecting for new business and developing sales opportunities. Managing and growing business from existing clients. Performing comprehensive demonstrations of RemoteSpark both online or in-person at a client site or Expo. Working closely with the Customer Success team to manage on-site installation, on-boarding, implementation and training of RemoteSpark. Guide and support clients along their implementation journey from Proof of Concept to organisational deployment. Who you are: You are comfortable working within a sales environment and capable of holding conversations with professionals across a broad range of industrial sectors. You will have an interest and enthusiasm for technology, digital transformation and change management. You will be able to spot and develop opportunities within sectors and organisations where RemoteSpark could add value. What you’ll bring with you: · 3 years previous experience of solution-based sales or business development and/or customer support with the technology sector or a related field. · Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication. · Ability to listen and understand client needs and challenges. · Knowledge of Salesforce or using a similar CRM system desirable.
